i finally found an appropriate nylon for making my dance sculptures, and now i can call them by their rightful names, “sacred clowns”. they represent to me the many manifestations of dancing clowns honored by various Indian groups in north and south america, but mostly the “boogers” in cherokee culture. for a bit more information see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Booger_Dance
